Nanoblanks are made of graphite mats containing resins obtained in modern nanotechnology processes. Using this kind of material to make nanoblanks improves their rigidity and compressive strenght. Nano-type resin ameliorate binding between both carbon fibres and layers of prepreg. It makes blanks more resistant to bending and shearing forces.

To produce nanoblanks we use the newest generation resins, which contain nano-elastomer molecules. It means, that our products have greater resistance to mechanical damages, especially impact ones.

Thus, using nanotechnology systems allows us to produce blanks which are lighter and have better mechanical properties than standard blanks.
